Brief Introduction
Low cement castable mainly includes high alumina, mullite, and corundum refractory castables.
Low cement castable has the characteristics of high strength, anti-scouring, wear resistance, and excellent performance due to their low porosity, small pore size, high density, and good volume stability. It solves the problem that the strength of ordinary castables decreases significantly at 800-1200 degrees, and increases with the increase of temperature, which more than doubles the thermal shock resistance of the furnace body.
At the same time, the material can be made into a fast-baking explosion-proof castable according to the user’s baking time requirements.

Application
Low cement castable is mainly used in metallurgy, electric power, nonferrous metals, petrochemical, building materials and other industries. Can be cast, smeared, and beaten on site.
