Brief Introduction
Alkali resistant brick is generally made of low-alumina clay clinker with an Al2O3 content of 25-30%, and are made by adding pyrophyllite, coke and appropriate additives to improve the compressive strength. It has the characteristics of high strength, stable volume, resistance to penetration, and resistance to alkali erosion.
Cement kiln alkali-resistant bricks are divided into four categories: ordinary type, high-strength type, insulation type and vault type, and are mainly used in cement kiln preheaters, decomposition furnaces, tertiary air ducts and other parts.
