Product Introduction
High-aluminum anchor bricks, also known as hanging bricks and anchors, are a type of special-shaped high-aluminum refractory bricks made from natural high-grade bauxite as the main refractory raw material and processed through a series of processes. Its alumina content is usually above 55%, and some high-quality products can even reach 75%, which makes high-aluminum anchor bricks have excellent stability and corrosion resistance in high temperature environments.

The anchor bricks produced by Rongsheng can also be classified as follows according to different materials
1. Clay anchor bricks
▸ Mainly made of aluminosilicate materials with low aluminum content.
▸ Features: Low refractoriness, suitable for medium-temperature kilns or auxiliary areas.
2. High-alumina anchor bricks
▸ High aluminum content (≥48%), better refractoriness and compressive strength than clay bricks.
▸ Features: Suitable for high-temperature areas, such as the preheater or cooler area of a cement rotary kiln.
3. Siliceous anchor bricks
▸ With silicon dioxide as the main component, it has high refractoriness and strong resistance to acidic atmosphere erosion.
▸ Features: Suitable for use in kilns with high temperature and acidic atmosphere, such as glass kilns.
